Oil cooler adrift

Just found my rh side oil cooler has detached itself. Cable tied it around mounting plate and plastic cover to get home. Looks to me that the rad is riveted to mounting plate, can anyone confirm?

I can check the one I have on a shelf in the garage tomorrow evening when I get home from work if that's any good for you, can also take a photo if required

All good now. Riveted back on, plus a drop of araldite .
