Tonight I made & fitted an oil cooler guard to my 1150. Took all the headlight gubbings off as explained in one of the searches in this parish. Measured the cooler, depth, width, distance of overlap on the top & ended up basically making an upside down 'L' shape out of my stainless mesh. Put everything back on & it looks the bollocks. My question is what do the shop bought ones look like & do you have to secure them / stop them from moving any other way or are they like mine, just an 'L' shaped piece of stainless mesh ? Cheers,Rick.

And a couple of cable ties on the bottom, to stop it rattlin' around.
