Hi all,
bike went in on Saturday to have the gasket replaced. Got a call this evening, Monday, the bike is ready (2.5 working days). I also mentioned a problem with starting, very laboured and intermittent. They have changed the battery. I also complained about one of my mirrors that had become very loose at the joint between mirror and stem. They tell me a replacement has been ordered. All under warranty

Not such bad service from Motorrad Abu Dhabi. One just has to be patient, and persistent.
Hopefully that closes this issue.
