Oil on rear wheel?

Ive only had my GS for about 2 months but do 250 miles per week. ( 56 plate purchased approved used with 6000 miles)

I noticed a bit of oil on the rear wheel (spots) is this normal or do i need to contacact dealer ASAP ? or is it just a case of topping up oil in the final drive ?

Are you sure it's oil & not brake dust & water ??
