Picked up my silver adventure on saturday and have been dilligently scrubbing in tyres and riding on 'twisting, fairly hilly roads rather than high-speed main roads' (riders manual pg 66 !)

I am amazed at the lengths bmw customer service go to ensure satisfaction, they have laid rails over all the roads I rode on ! I know it was them because those same roads didn't have them when I had my CBR.

The test ride hinted at the greatness of the GS, but I am amazed, I thaught you were all exagerating but no, it really is the best bike in the universe ever

yu have just spent about £10k with BMW or more, dont be surprised that you are happy.............check out the value of your bike next week!!!

Enjoy it nonetheless some of us have to settle with mere bog standard gs'sssssssssss.
