Am back from Picos and Pyrenees and used a gopro on top of my helmet like a damn teletubbie. No issues anywhere and more importantly I did not care. Enjoy the rest of your trip !

No problem at all really, however if you are stopped, better to turn off the camera, purely as a polite measure, rather than they ask you first.
2.5 weeks just completed in Spain, Portugal & France. Saw fuck all feds and had 6 or more cameras between us running most of the time.
