Many years ago I was having a nap on my sofa when there was a small quake.
First, from the sound, I thought there was a car with a trailer with bad suspension on a bad road, going fast up the small road outside my house.
But then I figured it must be a quake because I felt it more then I heard it, and the sound was coming from under my sofa.
I guess I would not wake up if it was at night and I was in the floor above.
Not all in my area noticed it; -my house are directly on stone/rock, not on clay/soil.
It was so small/weak so there was no danger/damage at all.
