If you take the bars off it's just a lightly butchered Road King but because it's been under the knife you're buying a heap of gremlins with no known end.

I'd strip it for parts or as a base for a chop but nothing more

If you got it for 5k, got rid of the bars and tidied it up with a decent exhaust, it would probably look ok, as it would look like a Road King and they sell for top money....
