Thinking of getting a one piece seat as the other half doesn't like the rear seat due to being perched too high above me.
Anyone got one or experienced one... Comment/advice please?

It's this part number. 01-045-5914-0

Thanks

They have only been released in the last couple of weeks, I went to my local Touratech shop (Malaga) on Friday and they didn't have any of the seats for the LC in stock, they are getting the standard height Comfort Breathable seat in for me to try. If its comfortable enough I may buy the one piece version.

Do you think a smaller wife would be a cheaper option? Not seen any on touratech site. I mean, those seats are pricey!

BMW do their own version, no doubt also made by Kahedo the same as the Touratech one , it is called the RALLYE seat, part nos is 77 34 8 523 744 , price in Euros is 295

I've got the Rallye seat. I don't think its long enough for two-up action. I think its more solo rider with room to move.

I got a kahedo touratwat seat off here second hand. The covering and staples need re-doing,

First impressions: Comfy and it does have a small Step in it

The only negative thing i have to say about it .To get it to sit in both seat catches it feels like you have to bend the seat to get it to latch in to the back catches.

You could pop the rubber feet out of the rear seat mounts on the bike. I did that to use the Rallye seat in the low setting front and rear.
