Well my K1 is now sold and on its way to the UK for MikeP to exercise his obsession on :D :D :D. It has been replaced by a 2002 Roadking Classic with 17,000 miles on it. I drove it home from Galway on thursday :tarka and really like the feel of it. Now out with the polish :augie. Picture to follow when I resize it.

That looks well cool

I had my Harley phase with an Electra glide but my friends words rang true that you have to own a Harley to realise you don't want one! :blast

This is my third one. The kids were too young when the last one was in the garage and could not get out on it. This time I'll put some miles up on it & enjoy it. :)

Health to enjoy Luke.

It looks great (with the exception of the 15 foot exhaust):beerjug:

Hey Luke, if it's not too cheeky !!! how much?
Been thinking of getting another RK but not sure if I can afford a Twin Cam
is it the Evo?

BTW
very nice.
I had those silencers on mine, went a bit rusty so took them off and put them back every year for the MOT.

Funny enough the fistails are part of the cosmetics that I really like. But they do make the bike too long to turn around in my garage :D :D :D

drillam, prices here in Ireland are lower than UK prices and you have the sterling advantage over the Euro at the moment. Have a look here http://www.donedeal.ie/find/motorbikes/for-sale/Ireland/?filter(make)=Harley+Davidson

If you want to look at anything let me know.

What a great bike, and thanks for the link. Think I might combine a short break with a buying expedition.......

I still have that itch for a big twin, but cannot bring myself to pay more than about £5k just for something to sit in the garage because I am afraid to get it dirty.....

So went out for a sunday bimble and stopped at the U2 studio for some graffiti photo's :rob. Single seat fitted for a more retro look.

ive got the same fishtails on mine ,one piece of advive ,get two tennis balls ,cut a slit in them ,and put them on the tips of the pipes when its in the garage,.
other wise ,you will stab yourself in the shins ,and it really really hurts ,believe me .
ive had two bikes ,with two sets of fishtails ,and three small scars ,to date ,untill i put on the shin protecters .
nice looking paint job ,really nice looking bike .
