Spoke to my dealer this afternoon, bike is in the country, at the Warehouse :( and hopefully will be ready for me to collect next Saturday. Which means, it will definately be snowing by next Saturday, you have all been warned

And, you're prob. not wrong about the weather - it's due to turn a lot colder mid week as an artic weather system comes into force. just the weather for ruffty tuffty GS's :thumb

It's worth the wait! I desperatly trying to get 600 miles on mine for the first service next week. Get those heated grips on high! Could do with some toe heaters aswell !

Not long to go mate, drop by with the new bike and I'll show you the slippery slope to 1200 mods... :D

Nadeem, will do, pm'd you. Jeez, thought I'd got away from all this spending on aftermarkets bits, it would seem not. See you soon with the bike, by the way decided to bite the bullet and having the Remus system fitted, that way I don't have to tell the wife :o :nono

Nice move having the remus fitted. I just fitted the Remus can (got a cheap £100 used one off this site) and it makes the bike sound 'proper' - sans bung that is:)

Thanks all for the positive comments, excluding our Jimb of course :)

make sure you keep the standard can John...don't leave it ...you might want to change it back or of course sell it...

...also make sure that you get the bolt which will hold the baffle in for MOT purposes, as its originally held in by a rivet, which I'm sure you'll want to drill out.....can't think why:)
