Ladies and Gentlemen, The LongWalesRound is only a Fortnight way, please, please if you want come along get in touch by emailing me at [email protected] and help me raise funds for the Air Ambulance. Those of you who have already signed up, do you have a preferred start time? I was thinking about 08:00 leaving the Senydd.

There's only half a dozen people taking part which is a bit of a surprise after the initial interest. I don't think the financial climate or wash out summer are helping much either!
Im away for the weekend at the radio 2 carfest then i'm off all next week with the kids so will be available for last minute arrangements so if anyone needs owt get in touch.

Everything is the same as was mailed out in the sponsorship packs. I'll have a map on me incase we come across any unexpected diversions.
