The call form Ian came on friday coming out on the bike tomorrow I must be getting old as I looked at the forecast -6 over night but not that old so a 50 mile road ride to crossgates for a breakfast then onto the lanes

I texted the usual suspects of the plan I can only think it was the short notice and not the cold that stopped them coming out to play

It was alittle cold it must be said we only stopped to clear the ice form the visors

We did find mud on the frist few lanes

Yep there was ice

Back to the mud

Then the mix of ice- mud -wrong line

Then Mr farmer came along to the rescue of the KTM

We were hot after all the pulling and pushing of the ktm so we cooled down over the moutain

Then onto some great lanes

Back up at altitude it was still cold

Someone has been playing on the ice

It was getting dark and time for home

OK one more then home

Great day out just under 200 fun miles form door to door

I went up Moel Famur yesterday (the first stopper on the 2nd) in my car! Hardly any ice, showed Denise and her kids where you avoided that rabbit.

Got the jacket as nearly knocked off bright orange ktm with headlight on in middle of the day. And i don't really have much of a sense of fashion anyway.
Thanks to louis for pushing the bike as i thought he may leave me as the mud on his shiny hp2 at the top of the thread was from me giving the Ktm a hand full while he closed the gate
