Seems like Der Lustenauer was right. Got this from TT just now :

partnumber is 049-0130 price in Germany is 500,- Euro .

An extra 16l would be very handy but for that sort of money you could buy your own petrol tanker to follow you around
Still want one though !

G650 X-Adventure

I've often wondered why BMW didn't make an "G650 X-Adventure" model. If they did it would be a real competitor to KTM's LC4 Adventure.

I would seriously consider buying a factory made BMW X-Adventure!!

Of course I could buy TT-parts and build my own but I have been down that route trying to convert my Dakar with the TT-sidetanks etc. and was never really happy with the result
