OpenMG Jukebox

Anyone else got this
It came with a sony minidisc i can swap the music from my pc
to the minidisc, but can't get the minidisc to play through the pc
even though i can control all of the minidisc functions.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have tried using my son's mini disc, it is a Net MD MZ-N510.

This comes with SonicStage, which I think is OpenMG Jukebox under another name. The executable is Omgjbox.exe. It will play from a CD or the harddrive through the computer. The mini disc plays thru the headphones.

In the helpfile it says in the section "Playing back songs on a device or media connected to the computer"

"If you play back songs on an MD in a Net MD device connected to the computer, sound will be produced from the Net MD device, not from your computer."

Not very helpful, but the best I can do.

I did find the bit about playing tracks but sony in there wisdom
forgot to mention the bit about not being able to play through your pc
