Opeoning the Motronic unit.

Hi All
I'm just fitting my new chip but I am having trouble opening the motronic box. Is it glued to gether and I just need to be more forceful? I can only seethe 4 screws holding it together, but although i have removed these it doesn't want to come apart. I'm reluctant to force it.

Use a flat sided screwdriver and gently prise it apart. The glue you describe is a silicon sealant. If you are gentle with it, it won't damage the seal and you will be able to put it back together again with no problems.
