Ordering from Touratech

I need to order a 1200GS crossbar and a TomTom Rider lockable mount from Touratech on behalf of a mate who is out of the country. Do all orders have to be online or is there a real bricks and mortar location I can go to? Given their current reputation for poor response and delivery times for online orders I'd rather go to an emporium if such a thing exists.

Speaking to Wapping he has had the same service and experience from TT so we must therefore be in the minority?
