Never bought a bike there, but they are always busy on a weekend (greasy burger van in car park probably helps)
Staff have always seemed good, not intrusive but always available IYKWIM.........I have bought clothing, locks, various bits and bobs from them and haven't heard anything bad about them from local guys (not that that means an awful lot really, as I'm not one to hang around greasy burger vans with leathers on)

Good stock of bikes, well presented (and nothing that ever popped out at us as 'overpriced' for a bike shop), also a good stock of kit/accessories.....Rosie and I have popped in there often, particularly when I was considering defecting from BMW, and nothing we saw made us averse to using them. (They have an open servicing area behind glass beyond the sales counter so you can watch the mechs working on bikes/fitting tyres etc, which in my book is a good thing)

I'm rather closer to them (Harwich) than you are, but I'd say yes, worth a visit if that helps.......

Nice dealership,got my zzr1400 from them in 2012,staff always good to deal with.
Know 5 others that got there bikes from there,some new some second hand,all had a good deal and after sales is good.
Top dealership in my book

I've never bought a bike from them, but many other bits & pieces over the years.

My mates use them for servicing etc. (Kawasakis mainly) & I can recall nothing bad being said

My lad bought a new bike there.
They didn't quite match the cheapest Internet price we could find but they got close enough.
So we got a good deal from a local dealer and top service as well.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bike from them, either S/H or new.

yep my mate bought an ex demo klx250 from them and it was all good he even got them to chuck in a bit of kit to sweeten the deal!

orwell are a well established privately owned dealership,most of the staff are long term(15 years+) would not hesitate to recomend them,mark in sales is a top bloke.
