1. I need to send an email to everyone on my contacts list with details of a change of business email address and other contact details.

2. I would also want to hide all the email addresses so that the recipients are not able to gain the email addresses of the other recipients.

Is anyone aware of a "quick" way of doing this other than clicking on all the individual contact email addresses and how do I hide the other addresses.

Cheers
Mike.

Set up a distribution list (Contacts/New Distribution List) - add all your required contacts. Then send to that Distribution List but in the BCC field (Blind Carbon Copy) - when you have the blank message open you may need to View/BCCField to see this field.

Watch out though!

Depending on how many contacts you are sending it to, you may need to break it up into several emails.

Your ISP will definitely have a limit on how many people you can send a single email to. SPAM protection.

It may not be a problem. Just in case you get an error message when sending it. This may be the cause.

BTW, how's denmark?

But can you get them to tell what this is?

thanks Guys, looks as if I will spend some time setting up emails in bcc.

Novice, Denmark is GLORIOUS, gave myself 2 hours off this afternoon and sat in glorious sunshine reading a trashy novel.

I will give you a call when I am back for a beer. I've quit the job but they want me back......why after 5 years of telling me I needed to improve my attitude!!!! because they are in trouble....too many people leaving....oh bollox....I'll stay in Dk.
