I have just purchased my second Overboard bag in 10 years. The first is like new, still. There was a tiny manufacturing fault with the bag I just bought and could not have dealt with a better company when I told them of the fault. Wow! They are an example to BMW as to what good, helpful, more than fare with their request for a resolution to the minor problem.
I could not recommend them enough and, their bags are first class if you look around for the designer bags, which are at best, a poor copy and nowhere near the quality you will see that Overboard are cheap.
I am only a customer of this fine company and have been offered nothing, (nor expecting anything) for this praise. Just saying.
