Hello to everyone...

Has anyone had the missfortune to be given an Oxford Bikemike3 as a present. My 50th Birthday wish was for rider/pillion communication system and would have liked a basic Autocom or similar.
It`s great to receive presents and will try it out, but what quality of sound should I expect. I wear a Caberg Justissimo Flip-up and my girlfriend a full-face Nitro. Music and to chat are the main things that I would use it for, so what are my chances of hearing anything at 70mph ???

Cheers Dakarnoway.

I have one!
it sits in a drawer in the shed
where it will stay InDefinitely cos it's crap
if you can still hear each other at 50mph
it means the winds behind you

'Sorry to be yet another harbinger of doom re the above.. 'bought one at Beaulieu a couple of years back for the er, 'knockdown price of £50. Finally tried it in March with wife (Caberg Justissimo, me with System 5) en route to Spain. We binned it before getting on to ferry at Plymouth.. just isn't up to job. Now have Starcom basic.. much, much better:eek:

Oxford Bikemike 3...

Thanks for your replies Dazza and Biggles...

After reading what you`ve got to say about this communication device we will probably leave it at home for our trip to Scotland at the weekend. Would be a waste of time setting it up just to rip it out 10 miles up the road....:blast

Girlfriend has decided to use the sticky patches for a bikini wax :peach: instead... :mmmm

See`s ya all later...ttfn Dakarnoway
