Once again I've been experiencing pretty bad wind chill whilst riding this winter with my BMW Savanna2 kit with Goretex liners in. Even with layering of clothes underneath, the wind would find its way through and really make me cold.
Just bought a set of Oxford 'Chillout' trousers yesterday and they are bloody superb. I'm so happy with them I've just ordered the top to go with them as my arms always get cold.
Not cheap but I highly recommend them.
