Paint code for Adventure tank

Can anyone help me with a name or paint code for the matt silver colour of the Adventure tank where it is exposed by your knees?

On close inspection - yes. It hadn't crossed my mind that these 'panels' were the tank itself until I watched Jim's video on how to remove the tank last week.

For anybody who is interested, and for the record, I've just managed to get this colour defined by BMW in Germany.

The German name for the colour is Weissalu. This translates to White Aluminium Matt Metallic. The paint code is M955.

Which colour system does BMW use, RAL?

I don't think so. Pretty sure it is their own coding system.
