paint codes

does anyone know if motorrad paint codes are the same as the car paint codes?

The paint codes should be a standard. I've had BMW colours mixed at Halfords without any problems. Some of the more obscure mettalics will be a problem though. I had troble getting the greeny silver for a K100 mixed and ended up paying £100 for it from these guys http://www.motorbikepaint.co.uk/
