Painting the bike.... What do you top coat a matt with?

Might be a bit of a stupid question to some but I haven't a clue myself.

Painting up parts of the bike, some gloss and some matt. The gloss parts I obviously put a nice lacquer on top of to toughen it up a bit but I'm lost as what to put over a matt finish to toughen it up but yet still give the matt finish?

Is there such a thing as a matt lacquer? I can't seem to find one anyway.

PS - I don't want to use a gloss lacquer and then take the sheen off with 1000 grade sandpaper.

Yes there is, I use Lechler 2K matt clear coat, but I dont know if there is such a thing available in a spray can.
