Hi.
Does anybody know if there are any other pannier inner bags out there on the market apart from the OEM BMW items? The panniers are the standard fit ones that came with the bike. It's a 64 plate GSA.

Thanks!!

Kriega KS40 for when your hoteling and Givi T511 bags for camping, great bags and far better than the BMW ones.

I have that brand for my GS Varios. They even have a zip to expand them to fit the expanded cases. I'm pleased with them.
I agree... The panniers themselves are strong, robust and waterproof...
So you don't need to over spec the inner bags.
I got mine on eBay, with expanding zips to handle the variable dimensions of the vario panniers... Including the exhaust dent.

Why reduce, already challenged, carrying capacity by taking extra bags? Get yourself some of BMW's , hugely expandable luggage straps (There must be a part number somewhere ) and they fit perfectly:

These straps expand to enable carrying of extra luggage:

You then carry the boxes to your repose.
My boxes also don't leak, (Take care not to crush or damage the seals), but use bin liners for added protection.
You get looks from the concierge service at the Waldorf Astoria, because they refuse to let guests carry their own cases, but hey it's part of overland adventure.

Another fan of these, fit well & the bigger one especially gets a lot of use even when not on the bike! Have had mine a couple of years & they seem well constructed, zips still work ok.
Dont be tempted to over-fill them though cos the varios can be tricky to close when trying to force them shut.

Thanks very much Dave
