Pannier - locks

Hi , just wondering does anyone know where one could source a lock for a metal mule pannier , other than direct from MM .
Are the barrels universal with other manufacturers .

The nut came undone on mine underneath and fell into the pannier allowing the barrel and twist grip to fall off onto the road
