Pannier locks?

Hi all, can you help me?
I recently purchased a R1150GS and it's great. It came with ZEGA panniers. They lock on to a frame, but the locks have corroded. One was broken and the other I had to force off. The keys that came with the bike don't seem to fit the locks! (God knows what they're for!). Does anyone know where I can get a new set of locks and keys? I'll try and post a pic of them below:

can I just add to this thread....

my locks on my standard alu pannier for my 1150 have bust on one side.

Is there somewhere I can get a replacement bar the dealer?

I know the hinges are not manufactered by BMW so im guessing the locks arnts either. The barrel is find its just the plastics.

Ive been through what looks like all their hinges and cant see the ones BMW put on their ally system panniers that I have with my 03 GSA.

Any help?

zerocool you arent looking hard enough heres the hinges.
not sure about the locks though.

pablo, what sort of frames /zega set up do you have?
that hook mechanism looks different?
dare i say tried touratech for the locks?

lol, my eyes must be painted on.

I put it down to looking for them at a stupid hour.

So ive found the hinges, but cant see the lock mechanism.

Doesnt look like southco sell directly, and the other link is dead so I wonder where I can buy some from.
