Pannier mounting Kit

I've found some cheap and interesting aluminium pannier sets on EBAY. But none of them come with mounting kits. Although one set has brackets to mount on tubular frames.

Anyone know of a reasonably priced pair of mounting racks for the BMW 1150GS. Ebay wasn't much help in that department.
