Well, it won't flop around like the genuine top box.
Also it should keep ones lunch dry and handy.
In my younger days I used to keep a spare T shirt and jocks in the rear under seat compartment of my R90s, for those occassions, when one was asked to stay over by a member of the fairer sex.
No doubt one could, in this case, keep a fair assortment of clothing along with some accessories, allowing one to change as the situation warranted!
Looks pretty neat and fairly functional to me. I like the Darth Vader head gear look, as well.
