On a ride back from France last Monday I discovered that my 1200's panniers weren't waterproof.
Emailed Sharon at Park Lane. She got back in touch immediately to say she had raised the problem with BMW GB. Got another email the next day saying she had arranged for me to get a new set. I went in on Saturday and left half an hour later with brand new panniers, keyed to my ignition key. Staff were very friendly too.
I know Park Lane get some flack on these boards, but I was very happy about the level of service and complete lack of hassle.
