Parts number for R100GSPD

I need to replace the Stop Disk for the cranksharft mounting.
There are many parts numbers like (11111256973, 11111256974, 11111256975)
It seems there are some size difference between each part number.
Any one know how to find the right one for my 1992 R100GSPD.
