Peakmoto light switch

I intend to use the switch for some foglights via a relay and linked to headlight dipped beam, and would be grateful for some advice regarding wiring it.
I assume the blue & the black wires going to the black headlight socket are not used and can be cut off, and that the yellow and the blue wires to the white socket go to the headlight dipped beam and relay respectively, with the black going to earth. Have I got it right?

Split the outer sleeve were the tape is half way, and then split (un solder) the wires there, just leaves you two wires then to connect to the lights.
