Can anyone help with locating the correct clips to secure the fuel lines?. I`m contemplating doing a major service and apparently the fuel filter clips are use once and jubilee clips wont fit

Yes, the fuel filter clips are kinda bizarre. I use these [top pic] instead.

* Corrosion resistant nylon 6·6
* In sizes 6·5mm to 31mm
* Withstand pressure up to 200psi
* Working temperature -40°C to 130°C
* Resistant to most solvents, petroleum products and common chemicals
* Simply place clip around hose and squeeze jaws with pliers or grips
* Suitable pliers are 622-076

ranges:

6.5 - 8.2
8.1 - 9.7
9.1 - 11
10.5 - 12.7.................

The lower part of the pic show jubilee clips go down to 9.5mm.

petrol clips

i went to take demo gs out a little while ago, the dealer came out srarted the bike, let warm up as he went the control & what was what, then i saw one of the petrol supply pipes leaking,the dealer turned the bik-off, had the plier's to take it off & refit it, then he said it will be fine, i rode the bike for 2 hour's afterwards so i guess you can reuse them........
