Picked up a TC 1200 GSA today to go with the LC

I followed an LC Adventure filtering through London rush hour on Thursday. I'm seriously not used to that traffic but had no problem keeping up on my SC GSA. The LC looked a very big hand full.
The big bus can filter but something smaller would do a better job.
For commuting a Diversion 900 takes some beating. Shaft drive, unburstable engine, big fuel tank decent economy. The suspension and brakes are crap but easily sorted with an aftermarket shock and R6 brakes.
Best of all very low cost.

Or get a Vespa:aidan

There were many of those and fab they are for busy congested commutes. But if you are coming in from further out you'll need a bike with enough weight and presence for the motorway.
The new Honda CB 500 looks cool. Liquid cooling to handle the jams and small enough to filter at PhD level.
