I brought a Caberg Konda because I wanted a Flip lid with integrated bluetooth without having to pay a fortune for Shuberth or BMW lid. Unfortunately it fogs up badly in the damp/cold and I have had to ride with the visor partly open which lets the rain on the inside etc etc.
On recommendation I started looking for a Pinlock but soon found that they dont do one becasue of the visor/helmet shape. However after a bit of experimentation I found that my mates old Shoei XR1000 pinlock fitted quite nicely.
I've now brought one and just fitted it, took about 15 mins after making a paper template but seems to work OK. It'll get its first real test tomorrow morning.
If you have a Konda and want a Pinlock then try the one designed for the Shoei XR1000/Cx-1/Cx-1v. £22 from pinlockshop.co.uk. The pinlock doesnt come in a kit, because your supposed to use it with a Shoei preprepared visor
so I also brought some spare pins. (49p) You need a 5mm drill to fit the pins but I also used a 2.5mm drill to make a pilot hole after marking the position of the pins from a paper template that I made.
