I have been using them for two months now, only on the road. Found they where very good, you don't realise it at first but gear changes and braking are much easier with the slight rocking action. I certainly noticed the differance two weeks ago when riding 490 miles in a day through Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Filey, Bridlington and home.
