Possible new option for Comms with TFT on its way

Does anyone know if there is any updates for the TFT system due? Just bought "June" latest 1250 GSA love it. However I cant get the TFT system and my Schuberth helmet inc. comms to behave. Helmet see's my Samsung phone and Nav 6 system fine, put the TFT system into the mix and no sound from music player built into the phone. No volume control via the wheel to adjust the sound you cant hear anyway. Sorry in danger of going of on one having spent the cash I think it reasonable to expect it to work! apparently NOT.

The specifics for anyone interested.
NAV system on the bike - Helmet can be made to talk to phone NAV system music all OK.
NAV system off the bike - Using only the TFT system with the BMW software on my phone. Helmet pairs with bike, phone pairs with bike. Telephone works sometimes - Navigation doesn't work at all- no music audio or volume control though oddly I can apparently stop start and change tracks.

Most annoyingly there appears to be no where to go for advice, the dealer says BMW helmet and comms will solve everything, I'm not going there my helmet is less than 6 months old.

Not that it counts for much, but I use a UClear HBC 100Plus, which is quite old now by comms standards, but outstanding sound quality and no mic boom in front of your cakehole. Also an iPhone Xs Max with a TFT Equipped Rallye.

I Rarely get TFT / Comms Problems.

I use the connected App, have my TFT Paired to the iPhone and Uclear, and the Uclear paired directly to the Nav 6.

As long as I have the Uclear powered on first, power up the bike and give it a second to connect to the Uclear, everything tends to work fine.

I do have to pair the Nav6 directly to the Uclear to get it to give audio prompts.
