postage UK to Cork advice

Howyer, Just popped on to see if you had any advice for me.
I have sold some bits to a fella in cork for his 650 project.
(wheel,tank ,subframe plus a 3x3 box of bits)
any idea who may be good to use to get them over ,from preston to cork.reasonable cost?
