Im after a power cable Part No: 010-10085-00 for a Garmin SPIII can anyone help.

They have own brand cables for SPIII (used recently on the SPIII biker offer). Two options, 'BEC01' is bare wire ended or 'CLC01B' with BMW fused plug, use their search box and enter those part numbers.
