Powered mount?

Any idea where I can get a powered mount for a HP2210 (IPAQ). Ideally waterproof. I will be trying to use it in conjunction with Migsels ball (RAM) mount and where will I get a lead to power it?

otter do some water proof cases for IPAQ it should then be fairly easy to drill a couple of holes to be able to fit to a ram mount. As for power I don't know.

I run an ipaq 3870 in a rugged case with a garmin 3+ both on a duel power/data lead from this site
