Is it an easy job to refill HP 304 cartridges? There appears to be only 2ml of ink in new ones but can take 4ml. And they’re blooming expensive for what you get!

I use an HP Instant Ink account. Usually costs me €3,99 a month. Different plans available.
New cartridges issued as the old ones get low. Works for me.
