Problem listening to Internet Radio

Anyone know why I keep losing my connection to the internet radio ? I am trying to listen to radio 2 and for the past few days it keeps falling out and I have to manually reconnect. the internet connection itself is still Ok it's just the radio that keeps cutting out. I get an ' general error message' which says:

What are you using to listen to it? Windows media player, vlc, winamp, divx-player???
Have you got the latest updates for this program and for your browser?
