Anyone out there got a Remus can with Jesse panniers?
Tried fitting my Jesses's after fitting a Remus Revelution can and find that the left hand pannier won't fit which is strange as I would have thought that the oval shape of a Remus can would have been slimmer. Just spent (wasted) the evening putting various (large) spacers in the left hand side mounting brackets (3 points) but still don't have an easy fit. It's tighter than a tight thing in a tight spot. I can't even close the internal mounting locks. The can touches the pannier so worried about cooking anything inside and the rear mounting point won't go all the way down so am concerned that the pannier may end up bouncing down the road. Having discussed it with Mr N Marshall, he mentioned the benefits of an adjustable Y piece. I have a Y piece on there so would going back to fitting the cat make any difference. Not sure if I can put any more spacers on the bolt points but I could have a go with longer bolts I guess.
Anyone have this set up or offer an adequate suggestion. Photos of what you have may help too.
Cheers
Steve
