pulsating brakes

Hi

bit of help please,front brake lever on my 04 Dakar keeps pulsating when stopping,cleaned calliper and pistons seemed to be ok not sticking, is poss warped disc the next thing to take off and check, how much tolerance if any, allowed over disc

Check your steering head bearings are not worn, they're prone to it.
 
put

money on the disc being warped if the brakes are pulsing. As a very rough check you could put a ruler or similar up against the disc, clamp the other end tightly to the fork leg and spin the wheel looking for any undulations between the end of the ruler and the face of the disc. Even minor differences will be felt as a pulse when braking.

Jusr checked disc with rule,def out one side 2mm, And wheel when spinning in calliper jams in a couple of places, thanks guys, more money to spend out:blast EBC disc ok or will i have to pay top wack for BMW
