Pulsing

Hi chaps, have looked through posts but cant find anything on this, apologies if theres something here already.
I have what can only be described as the best bike ever, 2003 (03 plate) 1150 GSA non servo, non ABS with 35k showing. I have noticed a bit of what i would describe as pulsing when braking. I have checked calipers for tightness, quick view of pads look ok too. Apart from possible warped disc could this be a problem with the shaft/final drive? If so can any one advise a ball park figure for replacement/repair? Living in Guernsey our BMW dealer is @~*& as not interested in bikes only cars.

There was a thread on this a few days ago. Have a look down the list. I think it had MOT in the title.

Could be disc thickness varying. Did the 03 gsa come with braided lines?

When has the fluid been changed etc?
