Hi All - I was worried about flat tires and wobble due to balance issues for my upcoming summer trips, what with her on the back and being fully loaded, thus meaning that the tires arn't going to be nearly as rounded as when I'm riding in the peaks due to all the motorway miles that the bikes going to be clocking up so they are going to be a little flat in places.

I was going to go with the same TireSlime as when I had my little Dakar but noticed the corrosion when I last changed it's tires, looked in to the situation and found Puncturesafe yay.

I've asked them if they will do a bulk purchase offer to different addresses
e.g. we all buy and they give us all a discount and the product is shipped to seperate addresses.

Appologies as I've not subscribed yet as I'm pretty poor at the moment as Les Wassle will tell you I've just bought a do'er up'er house so spending every penny on Plaster, Roof Tiles, Bath Room Suits, Tiles, Grout, Paint etc.

If anyone would like to take advantage of the offer just leave a comment here, and once I have 10 - 15 interested parties I will call PunctureSafe again to arrange the discount.

Regards

Lee

When I used Tyre Slime it also attacked the alloy and formed congealed blobs where tyre levers had scratched the paint. I now have Puncture Safe (as used by the police) in the (worn out) back tyre and will join you in a group purchase.

That said this isnt too bad a price from PunctureSafe South

To avoid problems with the tyre pressure sensors, I blew through the valve stem with the (stirrup type) tyre pump before refitting the valve core. Since then the front sensor has sometimes lost signal but that wheel does not have any internal sealer (Puncturesafe, Slime or otherwise).
