Putting a lid on Birmingham! :)

Can any of you locals in Birmingham or in the near vicinity help?
Want to change my helmet, yet the bloody things cost and arm and a leg over here, seems much better to source it from outside. A friend will be landing in Birmingham in April for some sort of business conference. I would pretty much like give him the dosh and have him buy the lid from there for me.
Can anyone point a motorcycle equipment/accessory dealer where he can stop by and do the trade? Would be even better if they especially stock AGV too, thats the brand i'm after.
I would appreciate somewhere quite in the center of the city, near the commercial center or possibly the main street/shopping area. He is a complete stranger to the area and will not have personal transportation of any sort, so no adresses of dealers in nearby industrial estates etc please.

How about Hein Gericke or J&S which is on Digbeth High Street - the location of HG is on their website. I don't know if either of these stock AGVs though.

This is what you want. A short taxi ride from the Airport and they keep AGV.

Correction!

They keep accessories for AGV according to the website but I'm sure I've seen helmets in there too in the past. Phone to check.

I visit J&S / Hein Gericke and Triumph (next door to Gericke) in Brum regular, was in all three Sat along with Bikersworld and the Guzzi place in Worcester
Both J&S and HG stock AGV, the only one HG didn't have was the Ti Tech but J&S do. J&S currently doing 20% off all stock
