Heading over to spain for a week in Sept.
Goin over on the ferry into Santander, spend a couple of days in the picos, and then drive back up thru france etc.


I`m sure it been posted before, but are there any "must do" routes over the Pyrenees from Spain to France ??

Any advise apprecaited

The N260 on the sunny south side for as long as possible.

Any of them are good. My favourite is the A137 and NA1370 crossing the Pyrenees at the Col de la Pierre St. Martin.

Got back last night from a week in Spain/France, superb.

Got into Santander on Monday and went to Jaca and then Sort in the first two days using the routes and hotels from Ebbo's blog, Monday and Tuesday.

The roads are very good and the hotels excellent value.

Also went to Andorra, against advice , as my mate wanted to visit.
What a dump, it must be twinned with Trago Mills
