q:What tyre valves are used in the rims?

About to change tyres and whilst I'm at going to change the valves, do you know which ones to use? do TR412's fit or MS520 or is there another valve I should use and were can I get some self adhesive rim weights from without buying a whole box for £40 unless some one wants to split a box.
